If you want to enrol for Gift Aid with the parish please download the appropriate form from this page and return to Rob Harrison our gift aid coordinator.
You can enrol for single donations or regular weekly/monthly donations as you wish.
Please note taxation and earnings provisions apply.
To set up Standing Order for this, or other donation(s) please complete the form, also available on this page and follow the process needed by your bank.
Once downloaded just complete the requested information and return it either by dropping it in the collection basket in church or putting it through the presbytery letter box.
Or you could scan the form and return it by e-mail to Rob. giftaid@stmaryoswaldtwistle.org.uk
